Footmad IPTV Player allows users to access and play content from sources supplied or authorised by the user, including M3U/M3U8 playlists and compatible Xtream-based services.
The app may process playlist URLs, provider or server URLs, usernames and passwords supplied by your provider, playlist names and settings, and channel, category, programme and media metadata. This information is used only to connect to your selected source and provide playback. Playlist data and settings may be stored locally; Xtream credentials are encrypted using Android Keystore. We do not intentionally transmit saved playlist URLs or credentials to Footmad-operated servers. Your selected provider may receive your IP address under its own privacy policy.
The app may use Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob), Firebase Analytics and OneSignal. These services may process IP address and approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, push notification tokens, notification delivery and interaction data, ad views and clicks, crash and performance data, device, operating-system and network information, and fraud-prevention or analytics data. If you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, message and technical information you voluntarily provide.
Our website, hosting provider or related services may process IP address, browser or device type, access date and time, server logs, and error or security logs.
We use information to provide playlist loading and playback, store preferences, display advertisements, fix bugs and improve performance, respond to support, prevent fraud or abuse, protect security and comply with applicable law. We do not sell personal data or playlist credentials.
Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics and OneSignal may provide advertising, analytics, push notifications, security and fraud-prevention services. User-selected playlists and accounts connect to third-party providers whose privacy, content, security and availability Footmad does not control. Hosting providers may process limited technical information needed to operate and secure our website. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, services, rights or safety.
Advertisements may be displayed in the app. Where required, users are asked for consent for personalised advertising and may manage privacy choices in the app, Google settings or device settings. Disabling personalised advertising may not remove all ads. Saved playlist addresses, usernames and passwords are not supplied to AdMob.
Playlist information, provider settings and preferences may be stored locally. You can remove them by deleting the playlist in the app, clearing app storage in device settings or uninstalling the app. Footmad IPTV Player does not require a Footmad account. To request deletion of information submitted directly to us by email or website, contact footmadfirebase@gmail.com.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Xtream credentials are encrypted locally using Android Keystore and HTTPS is required for Xtream authentication. User-supplied playlist or stream URLs may still use HTTP when the user chooses a legacy HTTP source, so not every network transfer is encrypted. No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
The app is not intended for children under 13 or the applicable minimum digital-consent age. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Users must have the legal right or authorisation to access and play all content added to the app, protect provider credentials and use only trusted, authorised providers. Footmad is not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, security or conduct.
Google and other third-party providers may process information outside Bangladesh under their respective privacy policies and applicable data-protection requirements.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact footmadfirebase@gmail.com to exercise an applicable right.
We may update this policy when the app, website, third-party services or legal requirements change. The Last Updated date will be revised.
